Sometimes as a coach life gets in the way. Things happen and your goals aren’t where you want or need to be. Taking my training and nutrition back into my own control and making the progress again. Over 10kg off on the scales and still transforming by the day.

Taking the ..... 😂😂😂😂 seriously though have you taught to check and make sure your getting enough water in daily. Being hydrated has many health benefits better cognitive function (Think bettter) Better skin elasticity (Smoother,Streches better less likely for cuts or tears.) So think to drink try daily to get atleast 2 litres a day.
