I am excited to share that I have recently begun training in Somatic Experiencing and I will be integrating this beautiful therapy into my practice. This gentle but powerful body-based approach supports Nervous System regulation and deep healing. This modality is a wonderful addition to my practice as a CranioSacral Therapist and Psychotherapist.
While conventional therapy helps us understand our stories, somatic work helps us release what's stored in our nervous system.
Trauma doesn't just live in our memories—it lives in our bodies. That tension in your shoulders, the knot in your stomach, the shallow breathing when stressed? These are your body's language trying to communicate.
In our somatic sessions, we'll:
• Gently track bodily sensations
• Build resources for nervous system regulation
• Create safety from within
