Don't let the 'skinny' culture get you!
We need to learn to appreciate our bodies for what they are, what they do for us and treat them with respect!
Starving yourself, doing lots of cardio, constantly criticising and stressing over how you look is no way to treat your body.
Take time to show your body some love, compassion, feed it accordingly with a good quality whole foods diet, lift weights to build muscle and go for your daily mind clearing walks and your body will respond positively πͺ
