It’s a yoga studio, an antigravity yoga hub, a holistic treatment room, and a source for learning about all things yoga and wellness. Vitality was born in 2005, and has grown over the years along with my love for anything connected with yoga, wellness and healing. Vitality encompasses all of my yoga classes, holistic treatments, corpoate work, retreats and teaching.

We have just three more weeks of classes left in 2024, and bookings for the January term are now open.

All new bookings must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
Please note that late cancellations or no-shows will require full payment, as spaces are limited.
