There really is a playlist for everything. Found a motivating one for cooking the dinner yesterday evening and an upbeat one for my walk. Was absolutely buzzing afterwards! Keep forgetting the power of music.

The 1st day of the closing month of summer. I feel August is like the last hours of Christmas Day, or the closing credits of Glenroe on a Sunday night. But, hopefully, we’ll get a few more long lazy sunny evenings to cling onto☀️☀️

Shout out to all the Leaving Cert students on the countdown to next Wednesday. It’s going to be an exhausting couple of weeks so rest when you can. Clear the head. Refocus. My best advice is to do it once and do it to the best of your ability. Best of luck to you all 🤗
