Observations on: Flying ✈️ ✈️

I used to love the window seat.
Now, I watch two heads compete
To see the goings on outside.
The huge speed up and downward glide;
The moving flaps on giant wings
And far below the tiny things;
Fluffy clouds and starlit skies,
Taken in with a child’s wide eyes.
Now I choose the aisle seat;
Access to loos and first for the tea.
Short hop flights - the real treats -
Cúl Camps bags squeezed under seats.
I feel my age and quite complete,
Sitting in the aisle seat.
