- Keep 20% pressure on the downward knee through the movement

🔹DNS 7 Months Hip Rotation Mobilisation 1 x 15

🔹DNS 7 Months with Hip Loading 2 x 12 reps

🔹 DNS High Oblique Sit Hip & Pelvis Mobilisation 1 x 15

🔹 DNS High Oblique with Hip Loading 2 x 12 Reps

All should be done with Belly Breathing with Intra Abdominal Pressure (IAP)
