Due to the high demand for appointments using traditional Classical Osteopathy; we would like to remind patients who are booking maintenance treatment appointments to do so in advance.
We always aim to reserve some appointment slots for acute sudden injury patients.
We would also like to gently remind everyone attending or considering attending clinic that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. This also facilitates people who are looking for cancellation appointment at short notice.

Meet the Osteopath.
Kellie Taylor Registered Osteopath
BSc (Hons) Ost., Dip. Paediatric Ost., MOCI, MIAPO
Kellie is from London.
Co Owner/ Director and Osteopath at Taylor & Conroy Osteopaths.
Graduated from Brighton University in 2004 as a Registered Osteopath after five years of study and training at London School of Osteopathy Outpatients Clinic. Prior to this worked in therapy and continues the family tradition as her Grandfather was also an Osteopath.
Kellie works as a classical/traditional Osteopath and uses Cranial Osteopathy.
Her special interests are in Spinal issues, Pregnancy, Babies & Children and in injuries to joints and soft tissues and health issues treated via the body adjustment to restore health by improving mechanics, circulation, drainage and regulating the nervous system to increase recovery and restore function.
She has completed a post graduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy.
Kellie practices in Portlaoise.

Darren Conroy
Registered Osteopath & Sports Injury Therapist.
BSc (Hons) Ost., Dip.Sp.Th, Cert. Ed., MOCI, MICO.
From Mountmellick Co. Laois.
Darren has practiced as a therapist since 1995 returning to College in 1999 and graduating as an Osteopath in 2004.
Co Owner/ Director and Osteopath at Taylor & Conroy Osteopaths.
Started working as a Sports Injury Therapist and as Instructor/Manager in Health & Fitness area, found the scope of his practice to be limited in both understanding of pathology and treatment options for all ages that he was interested in, so returned to college for 5 more years.
Practices mostly in Portlaoise and two mornings weekly in Tullamore.
Practices Classical /Traditional Osteopathy with Special Interests in Spinal issues, Sports, Body mechanics and the treatment of injury to joints & soft tissues and health issues via adjusting the body which improves mechanics, Circulation, drainage, and adjust the nervous system to regulate the body.

Every injury /issue has a blood supply, a nerve supply, a nerve supply to that blood supply, lynphatics etc.
We 'Adjust' the body to treat the 'issue' not just treat the issue in isolation.
