This ceremony box was created for Imbolc and for Brigid’s Day, for those who feel the quiet turning of the season in their bones and sense the return of light long before it becomes visible in the world.

Keeper of the Flame 🔥 Water & Honey is a devotional ceremony that includes calling on Brigid, honouring her as keeper of the sacred fire, guardian of the wells, protector of renewal, healing, creativity and the soft courage it takes to begin again.

Through flame, water and honey, you are invited to sit in her presence, to light the fire with intention, to bless yourself with water, and to remember nourishment, sweetness and grace still exist even after long seasons of endurance.

We Don’t Need to Understand Grief
We Need to Feel It 🦋

Grief is not a puzzle to be solved. It does not live in the neat boxes of logic, nor does it bend to the tidy explanations our minds try to weave. When loss enters our lives, it comes as a wave wild, unpredictable, and often beyond comprehension. Our instinct is to ask why or to try to make sense of the emptiness, but grief resists being understood.

Grief is meant to be felt.

When we allow ourselves to feel grief to cry, to rage, to sink into silence, to tremble at the sharp edges of memory ,we open a space for healing. It is not weakness to feel. Feeling grief is how the soul honors what has been lost. It is how love continues its echo in the body.

Understanding is the mind’s way of control. But grief asks us to surrender control. To step into the unknown currents of sorrow and let them move through us. To trust that, even when it feels unbearable, the feeling itself is a sacred passage.

There is no timetable. There is no “right” way. Grief does not obey stages like steps on a ladder; it circles, spirals, and returns when we least expect it. And every time it rises, the invitation is the same, not to analyze, not to reason, but to feel.

Feeling grief softens us. It breaks the illusion that we must always be strong or certain. It strips away the surface and draws us into what is raw and real. And in this surrender, we may find glimpses of love, of memory, of the tender threads that bind us to those we thought we had lost.

We do not need to understand grief. We need only to give it room. To breathe with it. To let it carve its sacred river through us, shaping us into deeper beings, capable of carrying both sorrow and love.

Because grief, at its heart, is love that has nowhere left to go. And the most honest thing we can do with love is to feel it.

✨🐝 10 Years of Sacred Service 🌿🌸

I began this work in my teens, and in truth I have walked this healing path my whole life. I left my health care job over 10 years ago to pursue my purpose full time..before this I worked a full time job and worked part time every evening in this field.

Today I honour a decade of devotion to this path. From the very beginning, I stepped into this work not as a business, but as a calling, to serve, to heal, to hold sacred space.

Through my hands and heart, I’ve offered sacred massage, fertility care, and womb healing etc. Over these ten years, I have been blessed to walk beside hundreds of women and together we’ve witnessed over 100 natural pregnancies and births, as well as countless stories of womb healing, renewal, and hope. 🌙✨

I never took failing as an option. Each challenge became medicine, each season a teacher, each client a reminder of why I chose this path TO SERVE !

I have loved every step, the bee medicine, the blossom,the sacred womb hive of women, the highs, the lows and I know this is just the beginning. My work continues to grow and expand, guided by spirit, rooted in love.

With deepest gratitude to all who have trusted me with their journey you are the heart of this path.

Through it all, it is the deep and profound connection I hold with Spirit and nature that continues to guide and lead me forward.

🦋Emergence: The Beauty of Becoming🦋

Emergence is the quiet yet powerful moment when something hidden begins to reveal itself. It is the butterfly breaking through its cocoon, not with ease, but with effort that strengthens its wings. It is the seed pressing against the dark soil, finding its way toward light.

In our lives, emergence often arrives after periods of stillness, loss, or uncertainty. We may feel cocooned in the unknown, but within that space, invisible shifts are taking place. Energy is gathering. Transformation is preparing.

To emerge is not to appear fully formed or flawless. It is to honor the process of becoming to allow the raw, the vulnerable, and the new to take shape. Like the butterfly, emergence asks us to trust the rhythm of nature, to trust that our struggles are shaping us for flight.

The energy of emergence is both tender and fierce. It carries the softness of vulnerability and the strength of renewal. It teaches us that true beauty lies not in what has always been, but in what is courageously becoming.

When we stand in our emergence, we embody light born from darkness, strength born from challenge, and grace born from the willingness to grow.

🦋Recently, a training I stepped into pushed me beyond my comfort zone and stretched my mind to learn new ways of seeing and being. It reminded me that emergence is not just a concept, it is a lived experience, one that keeps unfolding when we dare to grow.
