10 pictures from a brilliant weekend celebrating 10 years of not drinking🎊 It seems ridiculous to me that it’s been 10 years since that last horrendous hangover but here we are! Safe to say I enjoyed this weekend of doing what I love and spending time with family and friends💕

As always, if anyone reading this is looking for a sign to give up drinking, this is it! It’s becoming more popular now and thankfully there’s lots more options for people who don’t drink now. It really wasn’t like that 10 years ago. So glad I stuck with it though and here’s to another 10🥰

Welcoming Maggie to the reformer team!

Maggie joins us to teach the Friday evening classes at 6 and 7. She’s been a physiotherapist for 7 years and is a keen camogie player. She’s taught mat pilates for a few years but fell in love with reformer when living in Australia. We are delighted to welcome her to the team!

Reformer for Teens Workshop with Aoife🧘🏻‍♀️

Places on these highly requested workshops won’t last long so get one for your teen asap! Perfect for teens who want to get stronger, feel more relaxed and generally have fun while moving their body.

We intend to add teen reformer to our schedule at the end of February so this will be a great introduction to what those classes will be all about.

Get your week off to a great start with a Monday AM class.

If you’re working from home, free after school drop-off or fancy a class on your lunch break why not join us for a reformer class suitable for all abilities (yes even if you’ve never done it before!).

Every year at this time, I like to help support a local charity, particularly those that support women and children.

This year we’re asking for your help to raise money for and in return you’ll be entered into a competition to win a place on our January 6-week reformer course, worth €150 (and as hard to get your hands on as certain concert tickets I’m told😁).

Laois Domestic Abuse Service is a feminist organisation providing services to support women and children subjected to domestic abuse and coercive control. We help support them to identify their needs, harness their resources and make changes they need to live a life free from domestic abuse.

Today marks the 1st day of 16 days of action ending violence against women & girls. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

A mindful mat Pilates practice by myself will be followed by tea/coffee, granola and scones. Then Aislinn will take over to deliver her beautiful yoga experience. You will float out of the studio😇

This is suitable for all fitness and experience levels and will be leaning more towards the restorative experience than my usual tough classes (you’ll be glad to know)😄
