Me: a cup of my power tea to keep my energy up to deal with family life.
Tips:

1.Try getting enough sleep( not sleeping won't fix anything just make your day harder)
2. Start your day right, with a great protein breakfast and help keep you going till lunch.
You wouldn't drive your car on an empty tank.So do the same for your body.
3. Water is key to good energy. 6 to 8 glasses daily πŸ’¦πŸ’¦
4. Exercise, it doesn't matter what exercise. Just find one you enjoy and exercise a few times a week. The feel good hormones will make such a difference to your mood πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ƒπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ
5. Take a deep breath and a few quite minutes to yourself and just breath πŸ›€πŸ™ leave the phone down. Out of sight out of mind.

Tip: warm water & lemon can be a great way to stay hydrated.
We all tend to use central heating which can be very drying as we sleep.
A glass before bed, can help you wake up refreshed and full of energy to start your day.
I regurly test my customers hydration levels as good hydration is essential to aid in weight loss and help boost energy level.
