Our incredible Tyrone Dippers group has been nominated for a BBC Make a Difference Award in the ACTIVE category 💙

This nomination means so much to us and is a true reflection of the friendship, encouragement, and community spirit that every member brings to the group. From sea dips and walking groups to hiking adventures, half marathons, marathons, and so many personal achievements..together we’ve created something truly special 💙

Every step walked, every challenge completed, and every bit of support shared has helped build a community that lifts people up, improves wellbeing, and brings people together.

No matter the outcome, we’re already incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and the positive difference this group continues to make in people’s lives 🌊💙

We need to take a moment to congratulate our amazing Tyrone Dippers who took part in the Belfast City Marathon Relay 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

What an incredible achievement 👏

Apart from our baby Claire 😉, every one of our ladies and gentlemen who took part is 50+, what an inspiration you all are to everyone 🥰

Proof that anything is possible when you put your mind to it… or even better, when you have the support of the best group ever 💙🌊
