With a heart full of gratitude for this past year,
and for all of you wonderful souls who come for holistic goodness and trust me to do my magic. Thank you.

I am looking forward to seeing you over the next few weeks and am delighted to have an extra day to offer. So as of January 6th I'll be in River ⭐️ every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm onwards. ⭐️

There may be the occasional Friday + Saturday but let me see how my ⭐️ yoga teacher training ⭐️ is coming along. Come March April I need to have some space to teach my practice classes, and come summer I might well be teaching. Whoop. This is quite exciting and nerve wrecking all at the same time. I'll share more over the next few weeks and months.

For now, enjoy the rest of this rather wet looking Sunday.

✨ Sometimes we’re not quite sure what we need. We know we are pretty stressed, the last few months have been a lot, we feel tight around the shoulders, the back, the neck … everywhere. The mind’s chatter … oh well it’s with us all of the bloody time!
🌱 Sometimes it helps to have a chat, be asked the right questions to find … maybe not all the answers but … to find that blend of bodywork that allows you to sink a little into the floor, to really feel that the ground carries you. To trust that those long massage strokes along the spine will settle your nervous system a little, deep work through the shoulders will release that hold, gentle moves along the neck and scalp might unclench your jaw.
💛 Sometimes it’s enough to just book the appointment and trust that when you arrive you don’t need to know … your body will tell.
