We look beyond the poses at what is going on in the body - the muscles, the bones and beyond
We then apply this knowledge to the poses - looking at contraindications, we look at what the poses look like on real bodies!

This Aruna Yoga Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, and return to the wisdom of your body. Through a carefully curated programme of Embodied Yoga, to harness and build your own unique strengths noth on and off the mat, you’ll be held in practices that support nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and grounded vitality.

Kate is a yoga and meditation teacher from County Offaly, and a busy mum of two who deeply values the power of intentional rest.

With over 500 hours of Embodied and Somatic Yoga Teacher Training, she brings extensive knowledge to her teaching, alongside a specialist focus in Restorative Yoga. A calming and reassuring presence, Kate creates nurturing spaces in her classes and seasonal retreats where you can slow down, soften, and allow the body to settle into deep rest and true restoration.
