🌟 September Energy Update 🍁✨

Today is 1st September, the beginning of Autumn and it’s also my birthday month! This time of year really is my favourite ☺️

This is the month where the wheel of the year turns, and eclipse season opens new pathways. This is a time of grounding, harvest, and cosmic renewal.

✨ Themes of September

🍁 Harvest & Integration 🌾: Reflect on what has blossomed this year and gather its lessons.

🍁 Soul Alignment 💫: With Virgo’s earthy influence, clarity, simplicity, and intentional routines come into focus.

🍁 Eclipse Awakening 🌕🌑: The Pisces full moon eclipse initiates profound release and spiritual rebirth.

🍁 Balance & Recalibration ⚖️: As the Equinox arrives, we are reminded to return to inner harmony.

We also have two major events in September;

🌕 Pisces Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse arrives on 7th September. This will be a powerful release point. Expect heightened sensitivity, deep healing, and soul revelations. Surrender what no longer serves so the divine flow can move through you.

🍂 The Autumn Equinox on 22nd September will be a sacred gateway of balance between light and dark, masculine and feminine, inner and outer. A moment to reset, anchor your energy, and open to the next spiral of growth.

I am just home from the most incredible weekend in the UK where I got to meet the founder of Rahanni Celestial Healing, Carole Anne Stacey who came out of retirement for the day to personally attune 130 Rahanni teachers to Level 3 and I am beyond grateful to be one of the lucky ones who got to attend 🥹

Huge gratitude in my heart today for this amazing woman. The energy in that room was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. When Carole was doing to one to one attunments, the energy became so intense I started to feel dizzy and then the lights began to flicker ⚡️when I had my attunement with Carole, I almost fainted and had to be taken outside for some air, that’s how high the energy was so how she got through so many people is beyond me, just amazing 💫

I feel so much lighter today and full of joy. My third eye has not stopped throbbing so I know massive shifts are happening which is very exciting!

Rahanni is one of my favourite modalities and I can’t wait to bring these new frequencies to my students and clients 🌸

Sitting in the airport waiting to board my flight to the UK for a very special weekend with a heart full of excitement and gratitude 🌸

I am so unbelievably blessed to have been given the opportunity to meet the founder of Rahanni, Carole Anne Stacey, in the UK tomorrow for a very special attunement into Rahanni Level 3 💞

I’m not sure how, but I originally missed the ticket launch to this once in a lifetime event but I knew with ever fiber of my being that I needed to be there. After chatting to Carole, she so very kindly agreed (after a nudge from her guides and Serapis Bey) to open up one last space so I could join the other 130 Rahanni trainers from around the world 💫

My body has been energetically preparing for this all week so I know it’s going to be life changing 🤯 I am so excited to bring these new frequencies back to my clients and students!

Huge congratulations to my newest group of light workers who completed their Reiki Level 1 this weekend 💫

The weekend was magical from start to finish. We had some people who were totally new to the energy world and left being opened right up to how amazing this energy is to work with. We had some crazy conversations and went down some major rabbit holes and those conversations could have gone on forever 🤣

As always I have such gratitude in my heart for this beautiful healing modality. It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly powerful it is 💞

Huge congratulations to my newest group of light workers who completed their Reiki Level 1 today! 💫

I always love to see what the theme of the group is and this weekend it was starseeds! We had so many starseeds in this group and past life connections were made known to quite of few, it was incredible to witness!

Such a beautiful group who are going to go on and do such amazing work, feeling very proud 🥹

As always I have such gratitude in my heart for this beautiful healing modality. It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly powerful it is.

This day 5 years ago, on the night of storm Ciara, my waters broke unexpectedly at 33 weeks. Less than 8 hours later, my beautiful little twins came into this world under the Aquarius Sun, Leo Moon and Pieces Rising. They didn’t need any help that usually babies born that early would need and they were discharged after just 2 weeks which is very unusual. I was known as the “Reiki Mom” by all the doctors and nurses as I spent every moment with them in NICU doing Reiki on them which is why I know they did so well 🙏

We brought them home on Monday 24th February (the day I predicted to the doctors who all thought I was mad as they said we would be in for a minimum of 4-6 weeks) 😆 little did they know the power of Reiki! A few weeks later the whole country went into lockdown and I just know that Jake (who’s water broke) knew he needed to get us home in time as I was scheduled for a c-section on 16th March which is the day lockdown was announced. Jake is one of the most connected and intuitive children I have ever met and is always in contact with spirit and the Angels, it’s amazing to see ✨

Jake and Amelia were from our 8th IVF transfer and were born 21 months after our daughter Aoibhe who was from our 7th IVF transfer. We had an 8 year extremely tough IVF journey with many pregnancy losses, surgeries and heartache along the way but I wouldn’t change it for the world as it made me who I am today and it’s what pushed me so deeply into my spiritual awakening journey. We are so blessed to have our 3 beautiful healthy babies and I am so grateful everyday 🙏

To anyone still on their IVF journey, my thoughts are with you and I would just say, hang in there. Your babies will find their way to you 💫

Happy 5th birthday Jake and Amelia, mammy and daddy love you more than you will ever know.

The energy was off the charts from beginning to end 🤯 Lots of tears, laughter and connection, so beautiful to be a part of.

I am so grateful I get to do this work in this lifetime 🙏

So today I turn 45 years old.

It seems like yesterday I was turning 30 and now I’m halfway through my forties! Time really does go by so fast 🙈

When I look back over my life, I’m so proud of how far I have come. I spent my 20’s travelling and partying and figuring out who I was. I got married, went through my spiritual awakening and IVF battle through my 30’s and when I hit 40, I knew it was time to set up Mariposa Holistic Wellness 🧘‍♀️

My aim when setting up my business was to reach and help as many people as possible and to see my business growing and expanding so quickly is incredible. I know there is so much more to come and I am so excited! As the saying goes, you are never too old to do what you love ☺️

I’ll be taking the day off today to switch off and have some me time.

Once again, thank you all for your continued support. I have built up such a lovely community here and I am so grateful to each and every one of you.
