.So we have the loveable who is absolutely kicked ass in relation to a goal he set when wanting to change his body composition and with a weight loss of 13kg (28.6lbs so just over 2 stone in old momey), altho some of that loss might be just his body hair!π¦§πHe gets in does his training but more importantly uses that as part of his lifestyle.
Adjusted some certain nutritional habits to lead a more healthier approach but takes it all in his stride along with a busy work schedule and there maybe days where he could say f**k it il eat load of crap today...but to be fair especially in the last few months JRs stuck to his guns, and his process goals and nailed them beautifully ππ―.
Its all down to him, he makes the choices to get up early to go to work, the choice to get in to the gym, the choice to eat well balanced meals and manage his calories/macros, his choice to run, his choice not to get stressed and be chilled and get the right amount of sleep and deal with things with a great attitude!!π΄+βΊοΈ
its all his choice to live the lifestyle he feels he can live to the fullest!!ππ By his own words hes got something else in store and I look forward to seeing his continued progress!! Well done fella πͺπ»πͺπ»
