I’ve just seen a girl (still alive) with the bottom half of her jaw/face blown clear off.

Boy burned half to death, died two days later.

Dead girl with hold where the top of her head was.

These are ALL American weapons and American permission, done by (mostly) second generation Americans.

Smart people know that 🇮🇱 is OVER and DONE. Strategic people know that 🇺🇸 will follow shortly afterwards.

Happy Easter to you all.

I know that Facebucket is not “the real world”, but in a time of bought mainstream media it has been (as with other platforms too) a useful way to share directly.

Adding to this, I do realise that the algorithms are “set” to have us argue with each other, and that political content that Mr. F**kerberg doesn’t like is getting

That being said, I’m increasingly horrified and disgusted at the silence from the vast majority of my contacts on here.

There’s a going on, and as opposed to other historic “conflicts”, where you stand on this DOES matter. If you are silent, then you are complicit with this colonial legacy.

The “share” button on FB is a handy way to post something if you don’t feel politically “articulate” enough to write a post on this “complicated war” (hint: it’s not a war and it’s not complicated).

So if you haven’t even reposted something then you are a coward, and yes, I’m looking at you my 🇺🇸🇺🇸 ”friends”.

Looking at my phone here it’s just 12 noon. By 12 noon tomorrow Monday I’ll remove myself from this discomfort of watching you squirm in the dark.

I know that Facebook isn’t “the real world”, but it has been a useful device at times. I’m curious: of the 🇺🇸🇺🇸 and 🇬🇧🇬🇧 based personal contacts that I have; why have you not posted (nor shared) anything relating to the ongoing genocide?

Thank you for helping me to leave finally (soon!): yer recent update makes it look like a stoned teenager is designing yer UX, and then you deleted my post about the lack of spinal fluid that a certain group of “chosen people” have.
So then, my move next right?
Not so hard considering how disappointed I am in people/friends over their silence 🍉🍉🍉🍉

I invite expectant mothers to join me for online Prenatal Yoga daily practice, evening times from 5.30pm-6.30pm to settle for the evening/night time. Thich Nhat Hanh Has Passed Away

All of us here at Shambhala Publications are saddened by the passing of Thich Nhat Hanh this morning at Từ Hiếu Temple in Huế, Vietnam. Thay (the traditional title for a master in Vietnamese, and how his students refer to him), embodied those all-too-rare qualities of truly living in the moment, having his actions match his words, and the ability to convey the wisdom he gained from years of practice to present the teachings of the Buddha in a simple way that anyone, regardless of their background or belief system, could relate to, be inspired by, and make a reality.

In his honor and remembrance, we offer this excerpt (http://shmb.la/tnh-on-dying) from his book You Are Here, in which Thay teaches on dying. It is a poignant read today and we hope it offers you solace and a moment of reflection.

Our palms are together to Thay in appreciation for a life of selfless service to all.
