In this one week to say slán agus farewell to these two absolute wayshowers of trust in the earth and our talún naofa.

Never before have two beautiful people influenced how we view nature and respect the land and all beings as Jane and Manchan have.

"Listen to the Land speak" has been an inward refrain for such a long time and then produces the most heartfelt dedication in words to such a thing

We are blessed in our life times to have been on the receiving end of their wisdom

Long may we pray for wisdom keepers of their kind to arrive and walk amongst us again

A dear sister sent me these words she wrote after a previous Samhain Circle and I felt they deserve a place here:

The womb of our mothers, the womb of the earth.

Submerged in the waters of truth and love.

Submerged in our mother.

Nourishing me from the inside out.

The more I surrender, the more I release.

She knows and loves every crevice of my body and caresses it with love and care.

I allow her to hold me, to support me.

I feel free.

I am where I belong.

Past. Present. Future.

Of all there was and all there ever will be.

Floating in the divine feminine.

Remembering.

Honouring
Her
Me
You

By being.
By feeling.

The waters are alive.
The waters in and out of me.

All she wants is to be in harmony.

To fall.
To flow.
To ripple.
To wave.
To trickle.
To wash.
To nourish.
To live.
To grow.
To transform.
To heal.
To soothe.
To be.

She contains so much knowledge.

The sustenance of life.

The source.

Coming to the realistic inner standing that pregnancy birth and postpartum are the biggest seasonal turning points in a woman's life

The most R/evolutionary, epic invite into creative energy and self-generated passion 

All of Life itself is revealed during this FULL time 

All of Creating comes from the of the life-giving pulsing of the Womb

From this centre, we radiate, expand and learn about all the universe, all of Gods, Nature's deepest teachings

There is no space for anything in the centre other than pure love, pure divinity, pure Soul light. 

In being pregnant, I am really learning what it is to receive, to depend, to lean on

I am learning how I truly want to be treated, cared for and seen and loved.

It looks and feels so simple for me: forest school mothers handing me down their birth pool, swims on the shores of wild waters with wise women, my husband running the bath and boiling the potatoes, my mother putting dahlias in a new blue vase for me, my children singing to my belly, barely yet awake barefoot in the cold morning grass. 

We bless. We breathe. We bathe. 

This space in between worlds is making room for a new voice to emerge, a new tender love to grow , an ineffable exquisite imprint of new life.

Hard to believe we are already at the day of all saints & Halloween is here

Right before a powerful new moon in Scorpio ushers us into a whole new cycle

Scorpio as a water sign brings a lot of depth to this time of year, the unseen murky waters lying beneath the surface leading to the potency of exploring the shadow sides of our selves.

You might find that dreams, synchronicities, and intuitive flashes are heightened, helping to uncover what lies beneath the surface.

Are you seeing any thing come to the surface as we move through this threshold? 

We are over here still rippling from the glendalough waters and the gathering held in Avondale for the Samhain Circle. Grateful to have stirred our inner Waters to lead us into a revelatory time of self disclosure.

Time spent singing and chanting in front of the fire, reminded me that imbas is not something we invent or have to ever try to conjure up, it is always a part of us, something that has always been and will always be within, our bloodline, our recent and ancient amhainn that runs through us.

Nature so vibrantly alive all around here is allowing me, inviting me in, a pathway to reconnect with something primal, something sacred.
My mother tongue, the freedom of movement and sound so articulately unencumbered, moving my spine, my womb, my baby, bringing me inward to that. A willingness for depth and expansion helps.

The mountains, with their timeless strength lent me some of their own. The Imbas Retreat was really rediscovering the light, knowledge, bradán feasa, that has always been within, there is no where outside to seek, search or ask for it.

Deep gratitude wells within. The mother well. The other well. Language of our soul emerges.

Gratefully guided and held in this imbas container by these incredible artists musicians and poets.
Granting me the foundation I was looking for.
Nourished by the amazing chef
And the women that chose to journey together
and others whose insta handle I don't know!

It also led me so beautifully into Samhain and the deep holding that would be needed (next post!)

Living close by bodies of Water has consistently altered the course of our lives

As the river, and now the sea between deep valleys of pools collecting, direct and curate our realities they persist in being a part of us, in flowing within our body as nature does.

Lately the Waters and the Waves have been asking me so clearly:

Where can I trust more?

How can I surrender more?

What is there to be afraid of? Truly , dig deeper... 

and how can I dive headlong through it to the other side of the wave?

Where is my innate joy earth based, (real living light) A-rising from?

Beneath the surface, is that real excitement and anticipation for new life. For me, for this beautiful being in my womb, for my family and friends and those that love me. As everything changes when a new human is born.
And as I am morphed into a yet another version of myself through pregnancy, I feel called to honour the tides that wash over us all. Which is why this Circle is being called by the highest beings to be held.

There is so much I could say (but here isn't the place) and so much I love and adore about these Waters that have taught and continue to teach me so so much

What it is to really be in this body. On this land. Living in the unknown. To have another soul in here too.

After all, we are each one wave after another, one particle melting into one another. 

We will be at the Waters for Samhain, calling in our wildly creative dreams that are ripe for scripting.. during the portal of entry to the darkness and letting go of the things that are too heavy to carry with us into Winter 

Women who land here, embodied, integrated, embracing the rise and fall, ebb and flow of our inner tides, and when this is who we are, and choose to be, we feel so much ease, peace and love in the movement of every single ripple. 

We cannot wait to be with you for our final gathering of the year!
