This is LI 4 a very powerful acupuncture point!
You can apply acupressure to this point wherever you are!
To locate this point it is between the thumb and index finger on the highest peak as seen in the photo.
Press firmly with the opposite thumb and massage it for 2-3 minutes. If it feels tender you're in the right spot!
This point helps your immune system which is so important this time of year!
LI 4 also helps with all over body pain but especially the head!
This point can also induce labour so don't use if pregnant until your ready for birth!
