One week after getting that bad boy of a disc protrusion removed. I tried every trick and medicine in the book, but the pain was just too intense. The whole journey has given me a whole new insight into the s**t that people go through with a troubled back- holy s**t 🙈🙈🙈 Bit I’m flying it now, pain is gone and I’ll be back in action in a few weeks with an upgraded set of skills to help people with troubled backs to either avoid surgery or rehab after surgery 🙌🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Thanks again for all the well wishes over the past 6 weeks and a huge thank you to the amazing surgeon Olan Carmody from an absolute gent and superstar 🫶🏻 A shout out to Andrew Watson for your kind help.

2 weeks into a substantial disc protrusion at L5. It’s the worst pain ever. Waking at 4am every morning. Having to crawl downstairs for ice. Can’t stand up for 2-4 hours. -People with chronic back pain I feel you! 🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕
