Just in case you need the Full moon alert, because you’re feeling all the feels this week (and beyond) this post is for you. I'm putting this out there because SO MANY are feeling it, so if you are, I'm hoping this message feels like a massive hug 🫂

No, you’re not going crazy.
You’re not breaking down.
You’re just feeling things deeply — and honestly, so many are right now.

We’re moving into the last moon of the year, and it’s a supermoon, closing out a 9 year in numerology — a year of completion, endings, and clearing. And you know it, we always leave the good stuff for last!!!! A 9 year brings old cycles to the surface so they can finally be released. It wraps up what’s unfinished and prepares us for a brand new cycle ahead.

And it's also the Year of the Snake energy woven through it all — the shedding, the outgrowing, the renewal — it’s no surprise that everything feels amplified.

For those who are in tune with the cycles, the energy, the intuitive currents — the sensitives, the healers, the ones on this path — this moon may have stirred you right to the core.

You’re ending cycles.
You’re breaking patterns.
And from what I’ve witnessed, a lot of deep feminine ancestral layers have been rising.

So if the doubts came up, the insecurities, the fears, the wobbles…it's because they need to be seen and It’s because you’re shifting. You’re shifting deep.

Lean into your supports —
self care, meditation, nature, breath work, baths.
Make peace where you can.
Forgive yourself.
Forgive others.

December Full Moon Rose Healing Ceremony

On Sunday Dec 7th @ 7pm, I’m holding our final circle of the year inside the magical Bective Mill Dome — a Supermoon Full Moon gathering to close 2025 beautifully in gratitude, support, and connection. ❤️

This time of year can feel tender…
As winter deepens and the world becomes busier, many of us feel the pull to slow down, to breathe, to let the body settle. Emotions rise, old stories resurface, and the heart can feel a little fuller than usual coming up to Christmas.

This ceremony is designed to hold you through that —
a soft landing place in the middle of December,
a moment to release the noise,
to honour everything you’ve walked through,
and to feel supported as you step into the final weeks of the year.

Reiki was my first doorway into energetic work — it opened my channel, deepened my intuition, and offered a powerful, loving way to support both myself and others.
