Ratoath Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated part-time receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, while supporting our busy team of physiotherapists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
• Manage phone calls, bookings, and email correspondence
• Maintain an organised reception area and appointment schedule
• Provide administrative support to physiotherapists
• Handle payments and basic account reconciliation
• Assist with light office duties as required

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy (booking systems, email, basic MS Office)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a proactive and helpful attitude
• Some flexibility in working hours may be occasionally required
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for posting updates or managing engagement

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a supportive, community-focused clinic. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but full training will be provided.
