Restoring Roots Nutrition with Amy

Do you struggle with maintaining your weight, tiredness, low mood, hormonal imbalances, sinus problems or digestive issues or just feel like your body is not functioning at its full potential. Nutritional therapy can help alleviate these symptoms by balancing the bodies systems which are all interconnected and work synergistically to create balance in the body. During a nutritional consultation we look at not only the symptoms but getting to the root cause of the problems, through diet, lifestyle changes and some supplementation. By using therapeutic foods and making better lifestyle choices these systems that are under pressure can come back into balance.

My aim as a nutritional therapist is to create a customised nutritional plan for my clients by looking at diet and lifestyle history and tailoring a plan to suit them according to their budget, lifestyle and commitments. Food is a major component in health and dis-ease in the body that’s why the right choices are so invaluable. In todays modern society where we tend to be overloaded with toxins in our environment and food which can cause undue stress on different systems in body, when we eat clean, fresh and whole foods we support these systems.

My aim is to support, educate and motivate people to transform their health and reach their goals. I am passionate about food and the influence it can have on health and well-being. We need to create a healthy eco-system in our bodies to support us with all the challenges life throws at us today.
