Hi, I'm Catherine and I am delighted to invite you to my Pregnancy Yoga classes to Help You Feel Calm, Strong & Prepared for Birth, even if youโve never done yoga before.
If youโve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or unsure in your bodyโฆ this is a gentle place to start.
These classes are designed to support you through pregnancy, physically, emotionally, and mentally, so you can feel more at ease in your body and more prepared for whatโs ahead.
You donโt need any yoga experience. You donโt need to be flexible. You donโt need to know what youโre doing. Youโll be gently guided every step of the way, in a space that feels calm, supportive, and completely free of pressure.
