I offer coaching services of the highest standard. I work closely with each client to ensure a confidential and tailored coaching process.
All coaching assignments begin with an initial meeting to establish compatibility. I work with all organisational levels and can provide referees to support my CV. While all our coaching relationships are unique I could classify them to include leadership development, career and transition coaching, sport and mental training and specialised coaching on diversity or dignity at work.
I also offer coaching on specialised situations, e.g. working with an abrasive leader, dealing with stress and burnout.
Coaching skills development
My commitment to excellence in coaching extends to supporting managers and leaders within any organisation. I am experienced in designing and delivering coaching skills workshops for managers and leaders, whether in one to one or group situations.
Individual Psychological Assessments and 360° Feedback Processes
I have considerable experience designing and delivering individual psychological assessments to select, place and develop talent in leadership positions. I will ensure that the process is specifically tailored for each role and that the assessment is fully integrated into the broader organisational requirements. I am confident of my psychological background and guarantee that rigour and professionalism will be evident in my assessments and delivery.

Team Coaching
I have a tried and tested team coaching process for working with leaders and their teams. All team members have the opportunity for individual coaching and input both in advance of, and following a team coaching event. This is a very powerful process that connects the team’s purpose with their individual profiles and their collective way of working.
