Tonight was the beginning of our 5 Week Yoga & Mindfulness.

Beginners and Mixed level classes were slow and steady, focusing on the body without judgement. Practicing with a beginners mind allows curiosity and frees up space to move and grow.

It really was a lovely evening.

New 5 Week Course beginning next Thursday 16th.

Feedback from a complete beginner last month: "I was really nervous, I had never gone to a class before. The atmosphere is so inclusive. Best sleep I've ever had, so glad I joined".

All abilities, all levels welcome. Come along and look after your mind, body & soul!

Graduating after four years, Masters in Creative Psychotherapy, rooted in humanistic and integrative practice, is a deeply meaningful milestone🌟🎊🎓

Without the unwavering support of my family and friends, this journey would not have been possible💖🦋🪷

I look forward to bringing these years of learning into practice, supporting children, adolescents, families, and schools to strengthen and nurture our community🌟
