🌟 We’re Hiring: Area Supervisor (6-Mth Fixed-Term Contract) - Claremorris, Co. Mayo🌟

Do you have a heart for care and the confidence to lead?
RHS Home Care is recruiting an Area Supervisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in our Claremorris office.

Main Duties
🔹 Oversee all aspects of client care, including service reviews, care plans and risk assessments
🔹 Act as line manager for care staff – induction, SOPs, training and competency checks
🔹 Provide ongoing support to care staff, addressing issues or concerns as they arise
🔹 Lead recruitment and advertising activities across North Mayo

Essential Criteria
✅ Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or a relevant healthcare degree (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Care)
✅ QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (6M4978) or an equivalent Level 6 supervisory qualification
✅ Minimum of 1 year’s supervisory experience within a healthcare setting
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
✅ Full clean driving licence and access to a car
