Chair Yoga at Lisnamult Sport & Activity Hub🪑🧘‍♀️

Launched in 2023 and supported by Roscommon Sports Partnership, Lisnamult Sport & Activity Hub delivers inclusive programmes, education, and training, making it easier for people to get active while building strong links with local schools, sports clubs, and community groups.

Through initiatives like Chair Yoga, the hub continues to support participation, wellbeing, and community connection through physical activity.
