My love affair with chocolate continues, but this time raw ceremonial grade cacao from Venezuela! Thank you .creations and for this phenomenal magical elixir. Simply melt some of the sacred cacao into whole fat milk or dairy free milk of your choice - I’m using Rude Health Almond. Belfast, the culinary capital of The North, my destination last weekend. What a treat!! See Daisies, the ultimate chocolate cafe crammed with chocolate creations made from mood-enhancing organic raw cacao, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. Add the fluffiest homemade marshmallows into the mix and it is chocolate heaven! Followed by dinner at Roam with my besties of 30 years where we were treated to a meal of epic proportions! Fab cocktails, Kilkeel scallops, Iberian pork, venison saddle, aged beef served with an array of organic accompaniments and fine wines - a symphony for the tastebuds. And brunch then next day at Output on the Lisburn Road, which was lick-the-plate delicious! High 5 to Belfast - pure magic!

Much inspired by mushrooms after a wander around The Strokestown Show, Saturday. I met the fabulous fungi folk behind and I’m loving their mushroom crisps; moreish, delicious and good for you! Great to be able to get açai out and about these days and a much healthier option for kids than the regular pancakes.
