First, I want to apologize for being super quiet lately! Since the start of the year, the clinic has been incredibly busy.

With the weather finally picking up and the various races and two big marathons taking place in Dublin and Cork, I have been busy and neglected social media a little bit.
It has been brilliant to see such an increase in people coming in for lymphatic treatments, and our Shockwave Therapy sessions have been non- stop and the results we are seeing are amazing !

*Upcoming Holiday Notice*

To recharge the batteries, the clinic will be closed for holidays from *28 May to 15 June*! It would be brilliant if you could book in as soon as possible for dates before or after those weeks. Please note that I will be completely offline with no access to messages during my time away.

The Brutal Truth About Shockwave Therapy ⚡️
It’s not a magic wand, and it’s not for everyone. Here is what you need to know before you book:

Chronic conditions Only! No Exceptions!

People sometimes seem surprised when I mention that I get a massage twice a month.
Massage isn't just a treat, it’s healthcare.
Think about it: we have normalised walking around with tight shoulders, jaw pain, migraines and burnout. We call it "the normal pain or aging”, but it’s actually just a body that hasn't been given the chance to let go.
Massage provides that reset by:

We have had our Radial Shockwave machine in the clinic for a month or so now, and I am already seeing some pretty amazing results. If you have been feeling "stuck" or dealing with stubborn tightness/stiffness, we would love to tell you a bit more about how it's helping our clients.

To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all clients, I am implementing a necessary update to my cancellation policy, effective immediately.

New Policy Details:
•24 Hours Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or a 'no-show' will result in a €40 charge.
•Future Booking: This €40 fee must be paid (along with the cost of your next appointment) in advance via Revolut or bank transfer to confirm any future booking.

I regret the need for this change, but it is essential due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations, especially during the holiday season.
