*** NEW CANCELLATION POLICY***
To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all clients, I am implementing a necessary update to my cancellation policy, effective immediately.
New Policy Details:
•24 Hours Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or a 'no-show' will result in a €40 charge.
•Future Booking: This €40 fee must be paid (along with the cost of your next appointment) in advance via Revolut or bank transfer to confirm any future booking.
I regret the need for this change, but it is essential due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations, especially during the holiday season.
