Walking the Camino - one step at a time 🙏🌄 Our inspiring members of our Finesse walking group laced up their boots and headed out together on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage, that’s equal parts challenge, reflection, and great company.

Finesse Movement exists because originally Eleanor Finn as a person and now Finesse as a team, want to have a positive impact on our client’s lives, and improve their overall health & well being. We as a team have come together with a common purpose or why. How do we do it?
We help people, restore and maintain functional balanced and pain free movement for their daily life activities, from lifting kids or grandkids pain free, to running, cycling, gardening, working, getting out of bed, weightlifting and beyond. What do we do, to do this?
We do this through Reformer Pilates and our Physical Therapy Clinic for more acute injuries. We work with everybody, no matter what, either in a group setting, private training or through Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapy works to restore movement and to reduce or eliminate pain resulting from injury, infirmity and from medical conditions.
Our fully qualified team of Physical Therapists design customer-centric rehabilitation programm specific to
Reformer Pilates is a low impact, light resistance exercise that anyone can do. It’s designed to improve movement and function, rehabilitated and prepare the body for other forms of exercise.
