🎭 Culture Night is about celebrating what lights you up.
For us, that means celebrating the culture we’ve built here at Finesse Movement.

Our culture isn’t just Pilates, it’s how we show up for each other every day:

✨ Excellence & Clarity – we keep learning, evolving, and making your path forward crystal clear.
💪 Growth & Resilience – we help you push past limits (and we push ourselves too).
🔁 Consistency – because showing up again and again is where the magic happens.
🤝 Inclusion – every person is seen, respected, and welcomed.
😄 Authenticity – be yourself, have fun, respect others.

This is who we are — and it’s why both our team and our clients thrive.
💜 That’s our culture.

✨Free Trial Classes (Maeve’s Story)✨

She started Pilates at 60 because she felt stiff, sore, and wanted to build her strength. She wasn’t an “exercise person”… but fast forward and:
💜 She can get down on the floor and play with her grandkids with ease
💜 She’s proud of the strength she’s built
💜 Everyday tasks around the house feel so much easier

Maeve’s story proves it’s never too late to feel stronger, more confident, and pain-free in your body.

Mary was a gym-goer, three days a week.
But when her husband nudged her to try Reformer Pilates at Finesse Movement during the pandemic, everything changed.

👉 She found something the gym never gave her:
✨ A total mental switch-off from racing thoughts
✨ A safe space to heal during breast cancer treatment
✨ A community where the social side matters as much as the exercise

Now, if you asked her to choose between the gym or Pilates… Pilates wins every time. 💚

💡 Ever hear 'engage your core' and wonder what it really means?

You're not alone! It’s the #1 question NOT asked in our classes, because people assume they should just magically know what it is! Well.. I may as well say... fold in the cheese .

But what does 'engaging your core' actually feel like? Well, it should feel like your lower belly is lifting up and being GENTLY, drawn towards your spine. GENTLY! Still not sure.. come to class & we'll fold in the cheese together.

Ready to feel the difference? Join us this week and let’s put that core to work. Drop a comment if you’ve ever been confused by a Pilates cue!

Our Story

Finesse Movement Maynooth

Reformer Pilates | Finesse 45’ | Physical Therapy

Finesse Movement exists because originally Eleanor Finn as a person and now Finesse as a team, want to have a positive impact on our client’s lives, and improve their overall health & well being. We as a team have come together with a common purpose or why. How do we do it?

We help people, restore and maintain functional balanced and pain free movement for their daily life activities, from lifting kids or grandkids pain free, to running, cycling, gardening, working, getting out of bed, weightlifting and beyond. What do we do, to do this?
