Liam Doyle (Milltown, Co. Dublin) – July 21st, 2025, passed away peacefully at The Mater Hospital.

Devoted husband to Jean (née Peppard) and cherished father of Lesley, David, Gavin and Ciarán.

Sadly missed by all his loving family, brother Noel, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law Emercin, daughters-in-law Andie and Aoife, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, Alex, Sam, Órlaith, Grace and Éabha, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Edward (Eddie) Fox, (Sandyford, Dublin and Ballyjamesduff, Cavan) – July 20th, 2025, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family in the loving care of the staff at Northwood nursing home. Beloved husband of the late Cora (née Murphy) and predeceased by his son-in-law Declan and grandson Kaylim.

Sadly missed and remembered by his loving daughters Zoe and Aoife, brothers, sisters, son-in-law Robert, nephews, nieces, grandchildren Killian, Sean, Lir, Satanta and Taylor, great-grandchildren Kacey, Oscar, Koda and Lilah, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Chrissie (Christina) Clifford (née Collins) (Ballyfermot and Chapelizod Hill) – July 15th, 2025. Passed away peacefully at St. James’s Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Eugene and much-loved mother of Therese and Brenda.

Paula Taaffe (née Fleming) of Leopardstown, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on the 7th July, 2025, in the loving care of the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross, while surrounded by her loving family.

Paula, predeceased by her loving daughter Jenny and very fondly remembered and sadly missed by her adoring husband Paul, sons Simon and Richie, dear friend Sr. Fiona, son-in-law Alan, grandchildren James and Rory, brothers John and Dave, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, her extended family, many friends, neighbours and Teddy, her loyal and much loved little dog.

The death has occurred of Ivan Rigney.
Kilgobbin, Dublin.

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Ivan Rigney (Kilgobbin, Co Dublin) who passed away peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin on Monday 7th July, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife Olivia and their three children Daniel, Andrew & Isobel and Ivan’s daughter Sorscha.

Ivan will be deeply missed by his mother Mary, brothers Ronan, Patrick and Vivian, Olivia’s parents Mary and Jim, brothers-in-law Niall, Jamie & John, sisters-in-law Joyce, Denise, Renata, Tina and Juliet, nephews, nieces, extended family and his many close friends.

Remembering Ivan’s late father Séamus and brother Paul at this sad time.

Ann Burgess (née Butler) (Crumlin) – July 5th, 2025, passed away peacefully at St. James’s Hospital after a short illness and while surrounded by her loving family.

Cherished mother of Melissa, Anita and the late Steven and Jeanette, beloved sister of Martina, Joe, Ronald and the late John and Catherine, adored grandmother of Stephanie, Philip, Eric, Stephen, Mia, Alesha and Finn.

Sadly missed by all her loving family, her partner and best friend Aidan and his children Michelle, Aidan, Emma, Gillian and Aaron, son-in-law Stephen, her treasured nieces and nephews and all her relatives, neighbours and friends.

Torpey (née Skinnader) Mary,
2nd June 2025, Dublin (formerly of Monaghan)

Mary passed away suddenly and peacefully at home, in the surroundings she loved.

She will be forever loved and deeply missed by all her family. Beloved wife of Patrick (Pat), cherished mother of Alan and David, adored grandmother to Adam, Amber, Isabelle, Tahlia, Brooke, Skylar and great-grandmother to Avery, and Peyton.

Fondly remembered by her daughters-in-law Lorraine and Andrea, her loving sisters Susan, Sarah, and Jeannette, brothers Jim and Martin, her extended family, brothers and sisters-in-law, dear neighbours, especially Maureen and Eileen and her wide circle of friends.
