From those facts, they can make their own informed decision on which path to take. This is why we have proceeded to offer both conventional and complementary products and services. It allows us to provide the most comprehensive option to a potential client. All of our tests are accompanied by a ‘Test Facts’ statement offering you essential, relevant information about the tests. We were first in the industry to create and implement this useful aid, which began in November 2019. It ensures our clients understand the test they are buying. Our head office is located in Derby, United Kingdom, along with our laboratories. Our state-of-the-art allergy and intolerance lab is part of an ISO 9001 certified facility, and the labs follow Good Laboratory Practice.
