I launched AV Fitness 2 years ago and am now bringing my classes to various locations around the Dublin area due to the demand for them. I teach a range of unique, fun and results driven fitness classes to include: Urban Rebounding, BarreConcept and several different types of Pilates Matwork classes. My classes aim to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone & definition, strength,flexibility

* Pilates for Men - focuses on opening up the male posture, building strength and stretching muscles that are generally tight specifically in the male physique. Golf Pilates- specific to golfers and to people who use rotation and need balance and co-ordination for their sport, the classes are suitable for the amateur to professional client, and aim to increase power, strength, stability and balance within the body in order to increase in your athletic performance.
**Urban Rebounding**
Rebounding is an addictively fun, Hi-Lo Cardio, muscle toning all over body workout performed on a specialized mini trampoline to funky, motivating music. It is hugely effective for weight loss as each 1 hour workout will burn between 700 and 1100 calories depending on how hard YOU work. Urban Rebounding is used AND endorsed by NASA, and quote this form of exercise on a mini trampoline to be βthe most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by manβ. It is an excellent, non-impactive, aerobic exercise which works the entire body performed by bouncing on a mini-trampoline and is:-
- Fantastic for the Lymphatic System - (the bodies drainage system) which rids the body of toxins and fats, thus creating a more efficient system for weight loss and toxin elimination.

**Barre Concept Classes**
This unique workout combines the elements of Pilates, Yoga, Resistance training and Ballet in a highly effective regime performed on a mat and at a ballet barre. The technique uses the bodyβs own resistance in conjunction with weights, bands and small balls. The results of which is a long, lean dancers body! This low impact, total body workout lifts the bum, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms, whilst protecting the joints.
