Meet Vincent, a valued member of our Swords Programme for just over a year now following his COPD diagnosis.

Today in class, Vincent shared some incredible news with us — just one year ago, his lung capacity was at 46%. After consistent participation, dedication, and support, his latest appointment with his respiratory consultant showed his lung capacity has increased to 64%! 🎉❤️

A true testament to the power of perseverance and the positive impact of staying active with the right support. Well done, Vincent! 👏
