What does Smoking Cigerettes do to Your Body?

Smoking can have a range of different affects to your body in both the short and the long term.

Cigeratte smoke has an affect on nearly every organ in the body, it can cause many diseases and has a negative impact in your mental heath and your health in general.

1, Smoking effects the quality of your skin, hair and theeth.

2. Ni****ne will effect your mental health and sleep quality.

3. Ni****ne addiction can occur very quickly and it is because of this that smokers continue to smoke, and many for the rest of their lives.

4. Ni****ne is inhaled into the lungs, and passes into the bloodstream and reaches the brain in 10-20 seconds.

5. Smoking can have negative effects on your sports performance, you can be out of breath. You wont be able to exercise as well as a non smoker.

The Beneficial Health Changes That Take Place When Quitting Smoking
1. Blood pressure and pulse rate return to normal after 20 minutes
