I had a

wonderful time at our first European Energy Fest. After attending , I have been inspired to begin working on my weight again using Eden Medicine techniques combined with EFT and possibly other energy tools. This will not be about diet and exercise.
All previous diet attempts have ended up with me putting on twice as much weight . .
The focus will be on balancing our energies and managing the stress that is leading to overeating,
I am looking for a small group of people to join with me and go through the exercises together. My initial thought is to do three months with weekly zoom calls beginning around 1 November. please pm me if you would be interested .
