Raw, vulnerable, and in my truth. It is powerful to admit you’re not okay, and give yourself space to feel hopeless, confused, or lost. It’s not a weakness — it’s the beginning of authenticity.

So many people stay stuck in who they think they need to be — always coping, always performing, always holding it together — that they lose sight of who they actually are. But healing often starts the moment you stop trying to fix yourself and start allowing yourself to just be. Even if that means sitting in the dark for a while.

And yes, that shift — from living by expectation to living by truth — can feel terrifying. Lonely, even. But it’s also sacred. Because it’s yours. Your pace, your voice, your path.

Our Story

I have been practice Massage Therapy since 2002. I started in Gdansk in Poland where I worked for a Chiropractor performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages. When my family moved to Ireland I continued to work as MT and opened Harmony Room Massage in 2010 in Wexford. Recently moved to Shankill Co. Dublin.

In my own practice I am focusing my work on Holistic Therapeutic, Relaxing and Deep Tissue Massage. To be optimally effective I always tune into the client to know what needs to be done, how best to proceed and how long and deep to work. Guided by my principles I create unique session every time.
