It’s important to be able to share these little snapshots in to a clients journey (and I’m lucky so many people allow me use Theres to help inspire others here)

⭐️ incredible work-rate with such a busy job
⭐️ it’s becoming really standard that the nicest clients are the ones who get the best results
⭐️ we’re not even close to our final form πŸ‘€

πŸ”₯ amazing gains in such a short time and we’re literally getting leaner week on week while focusing on gaining

And in our 8 weeks as well….. the truth is she DID πŸ’―% of everything I asked from day one and it shows

I wanted to high list how awesome Ashley had done already

⭐️ Positivity through the roof
⭐️ if I say anything she’s done it in seconds
⭐️ turns up everyday

πŸ”₯ lost over 30lbs already 😱

And in our 6 week kick start we lost well over 30lbs, we’re both now looking to 2023 for our final transformation photos

But as I said you start with 6 weeks to build momentum and confidence

Then you get to somewhere you have only dreamed of getting watch this space ;-)

Clare’s transformation to date is one of my favourites of all time

First photo was 2 months before we started together at her daughters 16th birthday 10 months later on her 17th here we are

πŸ”₯ 67+ lbs down
🀡 down over 100cm over body measurements
πŸ’ͺ🏻 strength through the roof
πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ joined a gym for the first time ever properly a few months ago
πŸ‘°β€β™€οΈ is going to her other daughters wedding in 2/3 weeks and is in the best shape of her adult life

I remember the first phone call me and Clare had, I was literally fully sure she was not going to start, she had tried β€œeverything” and I might have used a few strong words here and there to convince her to start πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well now here we are….. the difference between Clare and you?

She started and did exactly what I said and is now in the best shape of her life and we are not even done yet πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

She should be proud because I am over the moon with her she’s a genuine legend πŸ₯³

Aoife wedding journey was amazing

We can say a lot of things that makes Aoife a perfect person to coach

πŸ”₯ positive beyond the normal person
πŸ”₯ communication and patience
πŸ”₯ does everything you could ask her to do

Just a dream πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

But she did all the work and it shows

Was so happy with the wedding day conditioning πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Best feeling ever when it’s all done I know these photos will always be in her house, her family’s homes and she will look at them for 50+ years and be happy 😊

That’a the most satisfying thing when doing wedding transformations is the photos are for life.

Listen I am going to tell you something about Donna that might hit home for you!!!

She randomly found me on Instagram

She watched my story’s and posts for ages

One day ⭐️ she dm’d me about coaching

3….2…..1

We are now here

Why is that important πŸ‘€ because while she started, 5 people that month also messaged me who had similar pain and goals

I go back every now and again in my Instagram messages and watch peoples story’s and feeds,

πŸ”₯ I do this because it motivates me not to let someone slip through the net it hurts when people BU****IT themselves into unhappiness time and time again…. ANYWAY!!!

😰The person who couldn’t afford it
- Has been to New York and Bali in the past 6 months

😰 the 3 girls who said they need to think about it
- Are still thinking and nothing changed and won’t in this decade

- Nothings changed either

I say this because do you think you can’t do what Donna did? Of course you can :)

But even Donna didn’t believe she could do what’s she’s done so far

We started last year and it had now come the point where I pass on all my knowledge and behavioural changes to Karen

This is what the full circle looks like ⭕️

Lessons to learn here:

⭐️ she was patient, she put in the time to do this

⭐️ she was a leader in communication and being accountable

Caroline actually worked with me in person when we had our gyms and is now working with me remotely and we’re getting better results now than we did with multiple semi private pt sessions

Massive thing here is the why, accountability, nutrition, training schedule based on her times and doing all the extras including the learning and NEAT that makes a difference

The biggest secret with Donna’s transformation to date ?

Turning up every single week, with a busy job and lifestyle she’s smashing it, eating food and meals she actually looks forward to

Consistency if I’m not on a 1-2-1 every Monday with Donna my Mondays never the same

Donna also has the super power that you need to be successful
