📣 Disability Forum – Public Meeting | Shannon
Do you live with a disability?
Are you a parent or carer of someone with a disability?
Or do you simply care about making Shannon a more inclusive, accessible town for everyone?
We are inviting people to come together and be part of a Disability Network for Shannon — a space to share experiences, highlight gaps, and work collectively to improve local services, supports, and accessibility.
🗓 Monday 9th February
🕡 6:30pm – 8:00pm
📍 Community Space, Shannon Town Centre
The meeting will be facilitated by Madge O’Callaghan, who brings a wealth of experience in inclusive community engagement, ensuring everyone has a voice and the conversation stays constructive and focused.
We are also delighted that Anne‑Marie Flanagan from the Clare Leader Forum will be attending — many of you will know Anne-Marie and the valuable work she does across Clare in supporting community-led initiatives.
This is not about complaining — it’s about connection, collaboration, and change. Whether you want to speak, listen, or simply see what’s happening, you are very welcome.
👉 Please feel free to share with anyone who might be interested.
Let’s work together to make Shannon a town that truly works for everyone. 💙
