Some people thought I was a bit odd years ago because I was so into health and wellness 😅
I still went out.
I still partied.
But I always came back to my healthy routine.
The older I get, the more grateful I am that I listened to myself instead of following the crowd.
At 55, my body still feels strong.
My energy is good.
And I know those small things I’ve done consistently over the years have mattered.
Not because I’m perfect.
Just because I stuck to the basics most of the time.
These are my non-negotiables:
💧 Hydration
🚶♀️ Daily movement
🥗 Real food, most of the time
Nothing fancy.
Just consistency over the years.
These days, healthy living is cool
It only took about 35 years, but I’m finally in with the cool crowd 😂
