Some things you may not know about me. Ever since I was a child Iβve been obsessed with natural health and wellness.
I have very vivid memories of watching a series called Kung Fu in the 70βs about a Shaolin priest and martial arts expert. My dad loved it, and I was fascinated by the actor doing meditation, tai chi, kung fu, etc. Fast forward to todayβ¦Iβm 54 now, and Iβm still OBSESSED!!
I practice yoga at least 3 times a week, and I also do Pilates, walk, and cycle. I swim in the sea all year round, meditate, and practice breathwork regularly. I make my own skin care products. I use essential oils/homoeopathic remedies/herbs to care for my body.
I make my own kombucha and kimchi for my gut health. I love juicing. Iβve just started learning how to make sourdough bread. I eat organic/local as much as possible. I drink clean filtered water, and Iβm going to upgrade my water filter very soon...yayyy!
Iβm always learning, I read or listen to podcasts. And here I am with my arse in the airβ¦happy Monday π PS...I also LOVE chocolate...so I'm no angel.
