I am inspired by a deep connection with nature and profound respect for the intelligence of the human body. When i discoverd Yoga 20 years ago i was hooked. Using just the breath and the body we can dramatically improve our health. Not only the physical body & alignment , the organic function, the endocrine system, the energy body, our stress responses and state of mind �
My first pregnancy coincided with my Yoga practice becoming very established. Both events helped me to break my unhealthy habits ( of which there were many) and question my approach to health. Now food is my medicine and Yoga is my treatment /therapy.. as well as my sanity. �
Ive had 4 homebirths and 4 antibiotic free children and you'd struggle to find a paracetamol in my house �
After the birth of my 4th baby i lost connection to my practice. Exhaustion, Insomnia and anxiety quickly took hold followed by a shock Diagnosis of MS . I knew my nervous system was shot. Nutrition, Ayurveda & hypnotherapy were vital to my recovery, BUT ultimately specific Yoga Practice completely re set my system and I am totally symptom free,
I now understand how to use the body and breath(is key)to reset my Whole
system. I never thought I would end up being grateful for my diagnosis ,but it took me on a healing journey,
I am so lucky to have found this highly intelligent system of Yoga and am grateful to my brilliant teachers ,Namaste
