One of my customers who usually comes to me for happy occasions recently reached out to me with some very sad news. Instead of the normal bouquets and baskets I prepare for her, I was asked to create farewell flowers for her late husband.
She described him as a warm character who would light up any room and so this deluxe heart tribute in autumnal hues was made to reflect these qualities.
My customer called me a few days after the funeral with such wonderful feedback that she was glad to share with others.

We offer a lovely range of tributes including classic wreaths, casket sprays and heart-shaped designs.

One of our pretty trug basket arrangements created recently to celebrate the birth of a baby boy 🩵
Arrangements are a great low-maintenance floral gift which look great anywhere in the home (but not on a sunny windowsill, cut flowers don’t like direct sun)

A little while ago I was contacted by a family who wanted some special tributes made for their niece and granddaughter’s first anniversary.
The family explained to me that this young lady’s favourite colour was blue and she loved horses and wondered if it would be possible to incorporate these into the tributes.
It was decided that a heart tribute including blue flowers and a horse’s head tribute would be very fitting tributes to honour this young lady.
I received such kind feedback from the family following the anniversary Mass, it was an honour to be trusted with creating such important tributes.

For today’s let’s talk about daisies 💛
With No Mow May in full swing you’re probably noticing daisies springing up a lot!
Did you know… The common name Daisy originates from the Old English phrase "Daes eage," which translates to "day's eye." This name reflects how these delicate flowers close their petals in the evening and reopen them come morning, making daisies some of the first eyes to open to the morning sun each day. Had you noticed daisies doing this?
Bees 🐝 LOVE daisies because the centre of a daisy is actually comprised of hundreds of tiny flowers that combine to create a cluster known as an inflorescence and this allows bees to collect a lot of food in one visit.

🧚‍♀️ F A I R Y G A R D E N 🧚‍♀️

Do you have a little flower fairy at home who loves gardening? Help them create their very own fairy garden 🌱 🌸

You'll need:
- compost
- small plants (e.g. Busy Lizzie, Lobelia, Primula, Petunia, Marigold)
- plastic tray
- small stones
- x2 lolly sticks
- coloured matchsticks
- colourful plastic cup (an empty Easter egg would be ideal)
- paint
- PVA glue

Method: With adult supervision, paint your stones in bright colours for the fairies to step on. Glue your matchsticks to the lolly sticks to create a ladder for the fairies. Ask an adult to drill 5 holes into the bottom of the plastic tray for drainage. Fill tray with soil and position plants. Place your stepping stones, ladder and plastic cup in the fairy garden (cup can be filled with water).

The fairy gardens are suitable for indoors or outdoors. If you are keeping it indoors, make sure you place some old newspaper under the tray.
