I had the pleasure of running the Slimming World Cobh group today while their new forever consultant Mary prepares to take on the group in 2 weeks. Here is a fab post from her - a great share Mary! ๐๐๐
It came up in group this morning about portion sizes for potatoโs , pasta rice etc .

Even though there are onions and peppers in the meat sauce , I always find it helpful to add a third of a plate of extra veg to these meals .
Tonightโs were tender stem broccoli and green beans .
If these go on the plate first , it prevents you from overloading with either the rice or meat sauce , even tho both are free , they are not speed , like the beans and broccoli, which really help boost your weight loss .
