We are very excited to announce that 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗵𝗗) founder of the Transgenerational Regeneration Institute (US), to bringing her 2-day workshop to Dublin.

Many peoples today carry a weight that traditional "self-care" cannot reach, a sense of powerlessness in the face of global anxiety and systemic fracture. Dr. Cutler, with over 30 years of international experience in trauma work, teaches that this "soul-tiredness" often stems from trying to heal in isolation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝗥𝗣) offers a somatic-spiritual framework to move beyond individual narratives and begin healing our relationship with community, lineage, and the land.
This workshop invites you to:

𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 "𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴": Restore the bonds between the individual and the natural world.

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:Address the systemic beliefs that keep us "busy" and disconnected from life.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺: Explore the "Fourth Phase" of healing, where personal recovery meets collective responsibility.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Earn 12 CPD hours with a framework that bridges clinical trauma work and collective well-being.
