Solidarity can feel helpless when you live the other side of the world but I believe in the power of community and small acts to make a change!
I, like many others, watch this Genocide unfold daily with both horror and heartbreak 💔 Not being in a position to jump on a flight and go on a humanitarian mission, leaves you asking what CAN I do, what IS within my power.. well I can use my skills to raise some much needed funds for charities who are risking their lives daily to try to get food & medical aid to the men, women & children of Palestine. So that’s what I’ll do! I am asking each and every one of you to please sign up to my online Mat class, and ask everyone you know to join in. And even if you have no interest in doing it, please buy a space or two in order to donate (unlimited spaces). All proceeds will go to UNICEF.

When you book your space, in your confirmation email you will receive a Zoom link for the class.
*Everyone will receive a recording so different time zones are not an issue*
The class will be 40mins, no equipment needed only a mat and suitable for all levels with easier and harder options throughout.
