Vitality Clinic: Menopause and Wellness Vitality Clinic is a medical clinic specialising in management of the menopause and related issues. I have always had an interest in women’s health.

I qualified as a doctor from UCD in 2007. Since completing specialist training in General Practice in 2013 I have been working as a GP in the Sligo & Leitrim area. Over recent years I have undergone additional training in the area of menopause management. I am a member of the British Menopause Society. I think it is important to support and educate women about their menopause and how it affects their health and quality of life. With the right information, women can be empowered to manage their menopause effectively.
