This is a grounding class designed to bring you back into your body, and to root your energy.
Strong, steady and stablising, this class is perfect for absolute beginners and regular practitioners alike.

Sarah’s classes incorporate conscious breathing, mindful movement and meditation which guide you to connect inwards and tap into flow.
She caters to yogis of all experience levels and aims to make classes accessible for all.

All levels welcome.

❤ Join us for our first Kindred Kirtan of 2026, and enjoy an evening of pure magic through music, song, heart and community.

Singing those songs in the way I sang them, I was trying to rescue a people up into their longings.

Kirtan is a form of call & response chanting where we bring voice, meditation & community together in one full and complete devotional practice.
We'll chant and sing in Sanskrit, Irish and English, as a way to honour the patterns of awareness that support us moving towards a greater sense of liberation and connection both within and without.

Join Jenny and Tyrell for this special candlelit evening of Kirtan chanting in Kindred - bring your friends, loved ones, babies, hearts and voices!
