As we come towards this celebration and the birthing of Summer energy, there is an invitation to connect into our fire energy.

The energy of this time is of renewal, rebirth and most importantly hope. It’s a word that has been present for me in recent weeks as we have acknowledged Easter and the Goddess Ostara. It’s been a time of gathering of the blessings that life has bestowed and spending as much time outside as nature allows.

For this women’s circle of Bealtaine, we come together for an evening of beautiful sharing through Breathwork, Guided Shamanic Journeying & gentle movement.

🫶 Aoife Kane | Retreats | Circles | Energy & Bodywork Healing has been facilitating women's retreats & circles both in person and online since 2013. Passionate about the power of connection and the beauty of sharing our journey through life as a way of creating a community of heart, this is an invitation to come and be a part of a held, safe space where you can rest back, receive and participate as much or as little as works for you.

Join us for a pop-up prenatal yoga class, this week Kindred Studios || Strandhill

💕 At Kindred we provide mums with a safe, nurturing space in which to prepare for labour & birth, and also connect with other mums to be on their pregnancy journey and in early motherhood.

They say it takes a village, and we believe this couldn't be more true.

These classes offer such a lovely way to meet fellow mums & mums to be, in a relaxed, supportive, community space.

This 2-hour experience can be enjoyed as a stand-alone class or as a gentle warm-up and prequel to the weekend of MFR Yin & Acupoints Training taking place at Kindred.

Expect a slow, sensory and deeply restorative journey that blends Yin yoga, myofascial release, gentle acupressure and guided relaxation, leaving you grounded, spacious and exquisitely rested.

We’ll move through three luxurious layers:

1. Soften & Drain
Gentle lymphatic work and light myofascial release to hydrate tissues, encourage flow and signal safety to the nervous system.

2. Sink & Soak
Long, juicy seasonal Yin poses that go deeper into the fascia, inviting release, stillness and a delicious sense of inner spaciousness.

3. Soothe & Restore
A short 'Yoga Nidra–style relaxation' to settle the nervous system and integrate the practice for a truly holistic Friday night reset.

Developed in the 1950s by Ukrainian Doctor Konstantin Buteyko, the Buteyko Method consists of a series of breathing exercises and guidelines specifically designed to reduce over-breathing. (clinically known as ‘chronic hyperventilation’)

The Buteyko Method teaches you how to restore functional, nasal breathing 24/7, normalizing the volume of air that is breathed and helping to alleviate such health problems.
