When people hear “hypnosis,” they often think of pocket watches or stage shows. But real hypnotherapy is nothing like that.
Here are just a few myths I hear all the time:
❌ “You’ll control my mind.”
❌ “It’s like being asleep.”
❌ “Only weak-minded people can be hypnotised.”
The truth? Hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and empowering. It helps people stop smoking, ease anxiety, release fears, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels surprisingly natural.
