Jumping on the bandwagon 😇
ALL things in moderation folks..
I eat 30% less healthy and exercise way less than i used to but i am 300% healthier overall. Why? because organic food and 40 plants a week or using clean cosmetics doesn't move the needle when youve a heap of symptoms for 20years. Eating clean and running roads doesn't fix genetic snips genes or protect you from getting dementia. It doesn't fix a Dysregulated nervous system. It doesn't resolve the underlying infections or mold..It doesn't fix methylation errors. It doesn't fix a sluggish, liver, thyroid and adrenal system.
The person with a half decent diet but whom has excellent digestion drainage and detox is in FAR better health than the one with a perfectly clean diet with poor digestion drainage and detox. Now I know 💯 my drainage and detox is rocking and my digestion has never been as good as it is now, at 45, (not since I was a teenager) I can afford to step back and enjoy life more with less fear and less compliance.
The liver is capable of dealing with alot of junk and if you how to look after it, how to flex it and nourish it, what you put on your skin and in your mouth has way less impact for you. Once you get your adrenals and thyroid optimised metabolic rate rocking weight gain and the scales aren't an issue.
Life is for living not fearing. Once you unravel your root causes and work on resolving them, a power comes into your being. Total calm and control over your future. I even have my 10 year old sons mental health and gut health issues sorted already by fixing his methylation so he wont be living in fear, burnout, crippled with digestive issues like i was age 35 and let me tell you as a mum nothing feels better
