Yoga: I teach yoga classes around Sligo and offer private 1-2-1 sessions to treat individual needs. Helps relieve back pain and improve posture. Good for mobility and flexibility. Great for relaxation, helps deal with stress and anxiety. One-to-one classes available, tailored to your requirements
Wellness Coaching: A 6-week programme designed to help people with chronic illnesses such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes and IBD make positive changes to your life. In one-to-one weekly sessions tailored to your individual needs, we'll cover diet, exercise, action plans, coping with stress/anxiety and more.
Reiki: An energy healing alternative therapy. Helps to activate and unblock the main chakra (energy) points in the body. Good for times of stress, illness, unhappiness or feeling stuck. Helps to relax and unwind and it’s a gentle therapy - no movement or even touching required. I like to describe it as being like a massage for the mind.
